Welcome to Face Protocol. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website faceprotocol.id and the treatment services provided at our studio in Cemagi, Bali. By booking a treatment or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Face Protocol is operated by PT. Face Protocol Ind, a company registered in Indonesia. Our studio is located at Jl. Pratu Rai Madra No.1, Cemagi, Kec. Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80351, Indonesia.
2. Bookings
- All bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or in person at the studio.
- A booking is only confirmed after payment is received (for online payments) or after we send a confirmation message via WhatsApp (for in-studio and bank transfer).
- Please provide accurate personal information (name, phone number, email) so we can send booking confirmations and updates.
3. Arrival & Late Policy
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate the next guest, and the full price will still apply.
- If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, we may treat the appointment as a no-show.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for a confirmed booking without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no-show. For prepaid bookings, no refund will be issued. Repeated no-shows may require future bookings to be prepaid in full.
5. Rescheduling & Cancellation
- You may reschedule or cancel free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a full refund. See our Refund Policy.

6. Payment
- We accept payment at the studio (cash), bank transfer, credit/debit cards, QRIS, virtual accounts, and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay).
- Online payments are processed by Xendit, a licensed payment gateway in Indonesia.
- Face Protocol does not store your card or e-wallet credentials. All sensitive payment data is handled by Xendit under their security compliance.
- Prices displayed on our website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable service charges.
7. Gift Certificates
- Gift Certificates are non-refundable but transferable to another person.
- Valid for any service at Face Protocol for 12 months from purchase date.
- Present the reference ID at the studio to redeem.
8. Health & Safety
- Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or injuries before your treatment.
- We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if we believe it may cause harm.
- Our treatments are for wellness and relaxation purposes and are not a substitute for medical care.
9. Personal Data & Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process your booking (name, phone number, email, and payment details). We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except payment processors (Xendit) and booking system providers (Altegio) as required to fulfill your booking. Your data is protected in accordance with Indonesian data protection law (UU PDP).
10. Website Use
- Our website is provided "as is" for the purpose of information and booking.
- You may not use the website for illegal activities, spamming, or attempting to access unauthorized data.
- All content (text, images, videos) on the website is the property of Face Protocol and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Face Protocol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected treatment.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
